My training sessions
I have training options ready for delivery. Take a look at one of my existing sessions to find out if they suit your needs. These sessions can be tailored to your organisation.

Disability inclusion basics
This 90-minute session raises awareness about what disability means. It gives you insight to lived experience, explores language and highlights barriers.

Accessibility basics
A 60-minute session running through a range of best practices to get everyone started with accessibility. It doesn’t matter what your role or level is, this session will give everyone practical tools for being more inclusive in their work.

1-day accessibility training
A comprehensive training course to get trainees feeling confident and comfortable with accessibility. A mix of presenting and activities, colleagues will have a chance to learn and practise what they learn.

Bespoke 2-day training
This training builds on the 1-day training but I’ll review your content, documents and website. I then embed examples specific to your organisation throughout the training. Day 2 uses exercises to practise learnings from day 1. I’ll also do demonstrations of assistive technology and accessibility tools.

Accessibility for recruitment
This training offers 1-day of a detailed breakdown of your legal duty, content and recruitment accessibility best practices. The day is full of presenter learning, activities and discussions. I’ll also do demonstrations of Word and PowerPoint to help you make your documents more accessible to both colleagues and job seekers.

Accessibility basics for trainers
A 90 minute session to help trainers and presenters to create accessible training. This includes an overview of disability, steps before, designing and delivering training, and support after. All services should be accessible and include disabled trainees. I’ll help teams learn what best practices they need to embed.
