Matt Radford is Director of Vulnerability Managers, the vulnerability management specialists. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the UK charity and non-profit sector. Internationally, Matt advises regulators, professional bodies, organisations and agencies.

Matt’s work focuses on regulatory compliance, professional ethics, direct marketing and crisis response. He’s created and developed analysis models to support organisations in vulnerability management. He has also co-authored sector guidance for the Data and Marketing Association (DMA) and the Chartered Institute of Fundraising (CIOF).

Matt offers compliance audits, training, advice and consultancy built on lived experience. His work helps organisations treat customers and colleagues in vulnerable circumstances fairly.
